god i feel bad for those employees... i always try to be real nice to them when i fly because i know how much shit they have to deal with :) i didn't argue when they told me my luggage was too heavy, it's not their fault the airline has rules. and i'm pretty sure it was because I WAS so nice in that situation that they let it go still one kilogram too heavy :)

I've been on a flight 1 hr 35 mins surrounded by a huge family group in the row in front and to the side of me that smelt like they'd never heard of soap. I knew it was bad when I was calculating the minutes to landing 2 minutes into the flight.
