Dont get this phone. i have it along with 2 of my friends. It has good potential but windows mobile sucks. I need to reboot it all the damn time and my friends have similar issues. There are more reasons, but get something without windows mobile

Thank you for your comments but the advantage of having a windows mobile phone is that it makes the connectivity with your pc almost seamless well normaly.

I wouldnt recommend buying a phone not running windows mobile or android if you plan to add apps afterwards. It also makes the music synchronisation process easier too as you are able to synch it directly with windows media player.

thebest all rounders for apps, synchronisation and troublefree fiddling around then get an Iphone.

I was using a Omnia with an Orange UK Rom, for Verizon the icons may look slightly different.

Yes it does push email but you will notice a significant battery life ..for me it lasted under a day.

i want to know how to load dvd movies onto the omnia is it as simple as the iphone,(convert the dvd to an ipod format thrn drag into itunes?)i cant seem to fiqure out how to do this for the omnia ? are you able to share this with us

Orange branded ROM sucks... Go to Modaco and find out how to change it to the official one, or better, Manila Touchflo 2D, or SPB Mobile shell.

This phone is really well equipped but the software is mile behind other manufacturers. Lucklily, (unlike hardware) software is customisable, making this an awesome phone :D

I do agree with you, I think the Omnia's feature are all well beyond the Iphone but it is left down by Windows mobile and touch wiz.

The touch screen is not very good if you just want to use your fingers. I found myself using the stylus instead most of the time.

I have almost completed the review of the Samsung Pixon which I will be uploading in the next few days.

you should talk more about browsing the net, camera(give some camera shots - with available light and using flash in dark places) and sample video captured by the device. tnx
