Very good, I was highly intrigued! However, I spotted some difficulty in the last 3 or so "big flaps". Now this is only a suggestion, but rather than doing it the way you showed, why not try CAREFULLY bending the flap back as you slide it down to the center? Instead of bending back the other layers, shouldn't it just slide into place?

Great Video! :) But a tip: explanations are great but there comes can come to a point of over explaining it. Next time try explaining a process once and just saying "we will now do that again" while fully explaining new processes when they come up in the origami project. :) just a thought. keep folding!!! =)
