  • @pizza9206 Thanks!! Spark up a bone?!? Lol. "Spark up a bone" isn't defined yet (according to the Urban Dictionary). google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=%22spark+up+a+bone%22&btnG=Google+Search&gbv=2

  • I first heard this track in 1979,it still send shivers down my spine. No other band could create music like this.God bless YES!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for putting the song up. I fear it will be deleted once again however. Seems to be some copyright laws with "Going for the one" entire album. Anyway.......these guys were once in a lifetime. What a great, haunting, winter song..........at least that's the way I remember it way back when it was first released.

  • This song takes me to Heaven for a few minutes

  • I was only a handful of young teens back then to LOVE Yes, my op, the best ever

  • Une pièce trop méconnue.

À REMARQUER: Jon Anderson au chant, Chris Squire au ¨back voice¨,

Steve Howe à la guitare, Rick Wakeman au piano et Alan White aux persussions

    font un travail remarquable.

  • @ThePeterats "A room that is too little known.

NOTED: Jon Anderson on vocals, Chris Squire · Back to voice ¨,

Steve Howe on guitar, Rick Wakeman and Alan White at the piano to persussions

    do an outstanding job." Agreed!!!

  • Jon Anderson, Steve Howe et Rick Wakeman dominent cette fabuleuse pièce, trop méconnue.

  • Beauty.

  • One of Yes' finest songs ever! GOING FOR THE ONE seems to be an underrated Yessalbum. It showed some of the best chemistry they ever enjoyed together with this band line-up. Rick was Glad to be there, and they ALL were very involved with what was GOING on with this project. THANKS!!! JIM.

  • this was old school Yes' last really great record

  • I am a YES head. My favorite of all bands. GFTO is so, so good, possibly my favorite including the fabled classic period- The Yes Album; CTTE: Fragile: and even Relayer) I have this album, since 1979. The video on Youtube of Steve Howe and Annie Haslam doing this song, is great. I saw Yes, 6 months ago, here in Seattle, so beautiful.

  • TOTC and Awaken are my two favorite songs by Yes.

de laatste jaren waren een hel voor hem!...turn of the century een hemelse song

  • thats right

  • @flarbton, you're so right. The whole album is EXCELLENT (77's Going For The One). And in the track 'Parallels' lies one of music's greatest ever intro's, all 50+ seconds of it.
