@evelynacandy kind of... when my hair was long, It was pretty damaged and the wave in it in the video is from a body wave that I got in 8th grade! But now it's thicker because it's shorter and for the most part it's naturally straight! :)

Nothings stays for a super long time unless there is 2 tons of hairspray and mousse involved! but when I had the body wave, it really helped my hair keep curl. It was great! But definitely give it a try! If you do the thing I talk about in the beginning @0:51 and it should help! It helps me quite a bit :)

@monkeymoney52 something to try is to get a really good mousse and and put it on your hair strands and then blow dry your hair! (it doesn't matter if your hair is wet or dry) then you can curl it :D

@beckyozz79 Well, you could try putting mousse in your hair and then blowdrying (when your hair is wet) it and it doesn't leave your hair crusty and looking like a helmet! That helps a little bit with keeping the curls in. You can also spray the curls w/ a heavy duty hairspray right after you curl the the strands of hair... You could also think about getting a body wave! It makes your hair wavy but it really helps with keeping the curl in! I hope this helps! :D

@BlackStallion561 yes, you can do this with curly hair! :) i would just recommend taking thinner strips of hair and curling them. I only brushed my hair at the beginning because it was a little tangled but it's definitely optional! :) i hope that helped!
