you know what would be brilliant? That the jacket bomb at the end was just a bluff that it was a fake. Just because he knows how cautious they are of him. If this was a more comedic scene i would expect a little sign jumping out of his jacket with BOOM! on it.
I liked the performance Heath gave but as a Batman aficionado I disliked the story behind the Joker. In the comic lore the Joker was not some abused child. I don't know why they created that horrid backstory.
@captwasabi It wasn't a real back story, he made it up. Joker lies about his past, even Ledger's Joker as he doesn't remember it himself. He gives many different conflicting stories about the scars during TDK. Not just one.
@Iceproductionss Personally I think it's unfair to put one actors rendition of Joker above anothers simply because Jokers personality pretty m uch depended on anything. I think both actors versions had merit but since the movies were wholly different interpretations of the Batman mythology it's not really fair to compare one to the other.
@Iceproductionss Well, considering I prefaced my comment with "personally" it looks like my comment was based on personal perception and not any other data. Sorry. Personally, I liked Jack better as I grew up on the old Adam West incarnation of Batman and Jack reminded me of Ceasar Romero. Ledger's Joker was more in line with the Dark Kinght graphic novels depiction of so it's a rather unequal comparison.
He doesn't even give a fuck about Gambol nigga. LOL. "A million alive, so i can teach him some manners first"... And joker's like "Ok, now listen... why don't you give me a call" LOL
Exactly what happened when the Illuminati realized that they weren't actually in control.
Call me the Class Clown if you must, but the reality is, I'm With Oz

I gotta say, I think it's funny how the Joker wants money, but I couldn't picture him pay for anything.

@captwasabi I don't care if its true to the story honestly this was way better then they ever wrote it otherwise. Heath Ledger > Jack Nicholson
