I don't think I can think of anything to describe Kaigen except that she looks like an old fashioned british police officer.

The old Japanese police officer's looked kinda simmilar, but they used katanas instead of nightsticks, or however you spell them.

You've spelled it correctly. I was a big TMNT so I learned how to speall weapon names. Except for nuchakus at the time.
