it doesnt matter if tyler can play or not. his celebrity will sell the product like wildfire! once someone sees him put a harp to his mouth, either on stage at a concert or from a y-tube video, if they're an aerosmith fan...they're gonna buy one. and 'hohner' who made the 'signature harmonica' doesnt give a shit who's name is on it as long as it sells and makes money. i personally dont think he is an accomplished harp player...but once again like i said, celebrity sells!

Do a search for some of his playing highlights... and yeah... educate yourself buddy. He far from "sucks"... he's no Sonny Boy, but he can really rock the thing in a different way.

He has a simple style, and he conveys the emotion he has in him very profoundly, which is all that really matters as far as im concerned..Music aint about technique, technique just helps you convey whateter message you wish to let out, once you get to the point where you can produce the sounds in your mind, why go further.
@revkev i think he plays pretty well. maybe not the best, but pretty well. he plays clean, and most important. he put his heart and soul in his playing. i love his style
