i would say that it was about a 6 for me. i havn't experienced pain for 7 or 8 i would say, so 6 is pretty high for me. lol. but i would take it again, because it only lasted 15 minutes for mine, and a week or two of soreness, but the results are well worth it.

i think you should. the bad pain only lasts for 2 seconds but it's sore for a few days after. i would say it's worth it.
