Its in fact a medley of Mauritian Best sega, the Charlie part is by a famous singer called Ti Frer(Real name: Alphonse Ravaton), who had first modernised traditional sega music with western instruments. About Dalma dalma, if you asked Mr Legris what's it, he would tell you "Bé ou pa trouvé li zoli?"(Don't you see it makes the song sound good?). Its the same as in Mo Capitaine song: Apanawabi, mo zoli sana. They're just lyric sounds.
