Munchkin!..LOL. I loved when he had sex with his new girlfriends roommate who was a cop too. Bayliss and Pembleton in the box with a perp was pure magic. :@)
They didn't actually show it... he shows up to pick up his date and the roommate answers... girlfriend isn't there yet, she invites him in to wait... the next scene is the two of them getting dressed as he curses himself for being so weak...
Oops, sorry I didn't check this six months ago. Yes, Munch was dating a Medical examiner or attorney and her brand new roommate was at the apartment. She was a cop in uniform and Munch arrived early and helped her move a mattress and ended up in bed with her. Then his date shows up and he is feeling guilty all day and ends up confessing to her. I have that on DVD and will post something one of these days. :@)
if you like homicide, watch the wire on hbo january 6th 2008, it has munch and clark johnson from this show. it is a very good show. it's even better than homicide!!!
Go Munch! HLOTS was/is one of the greatest series of all time. For those who live in MD and Baltimore, we can relate, and enjoy the series even more, but with a bitter sweetness- because Baltimore really is that gritty and dangerous.... Great cast, very human. Classic.

I love how Dick Wolf uses Richard Belzar to play the Same character in L&O: SVU.

Great scene. The scene before this one is great as well, where he, still dressed as a father, says something in jiddish

Homicide was a great show, but I can only imagine how much greater it would've been if it had been on HBO as opposed to NBC.

i will always love the wire more than any other show on television!!!

You're right... on HBO, it would have been the best television show in the history of mankind.

I was upset when I couldn't find it. When I bought the box set, I had to do it. Glad someone appreciates it.
