I believe that's Mike Bispo in the engineer's seat. His Dad Joe has been a volunteer at Railtown for many years. He is a very familiar face there.

The guide said "The engineers we have here are... poor whistle blowers." This engineer was better than most of the others.
And if the guide thinks the engineers are so bad at blowing the whistles, wonder what he'd think of mine. I don't even know how good they'd be, but we'll find out on July 2nd.
