well, i'm pretty sure they use different voices in the cartoons, seeing as how most US actors can't also speak japanese.

The way Tsuji imitated mickey Mouse was good and sounded like Mickey and you can tell that she heard the original voice. Also they could have the cartoon in english just with japanese subtitles on those shows. Just saying.
