Peggy Cummings is a genius when it comes to teaching in hand. She has a lot of printed material but it pales next to seeing her in person. She is a very hands on (you do it) teacher. With Manolo it is mostly watching him work and asking questions. I love them both, and they both are adamant that the horse must stretch into the movement or the work is incorrect. Knowing a horse needs to telescope out and getting them to do it are two different things. Sigh. I love trying.
Appreciate you putting these videos on Youtube. It's helpful to see someone like him working with a horse. I'm wanting to learn about proper lunging and in hand work, especially for stretching my guys. Thanks for allowing me to see them.
