How reliable would you think that motor would be. The bad thing about AMS is that they screwed my friend out of $13k for a built 2.3 block that spun a bearing on initial startup and they never warrantied..... they also screwed him out of a built transfer case for $3k.... and for fixing all the problems his Evo 8 had when he first bought it.......

total parts and labor AMS screwed my friend out of.... $34k..... for work that was never done properly.

I think AMS has a 2.4 L block with a 2.0 crank for a effective displacement of 2.1

They ran a liquid to air fmic, no exahust and a larger Gt45 turbo yet only made 1060 uncorrected which is the same as mine with an exhuast, air to air fmic and full exhuast

The 1100 figure they had was corrected
