  • Whats with all these videos about kids who suck thinking their kids are going to be all stars thumbs up if you agree

  • lol too cute

  • Really a CURVEBALL.... More like a spinner elbow buster..

  • u guys he 6 when he says "curvball" he is just kidding around i doubt at that age a year old could comprehend how to throw a curve

  • Thank You : )

  • 15 yrs. youngest should be 12 i threw curves in LL but mostly 69 mph fastballs

  • At his age, wouldn't a curveball really do something to his arm?

  • YES mnm ... the arm needs to develope strength to be able to handle the torque of throwing a curveball ... he's just tossing the ball here - nothing more.

  • Dude, anyone thinking hes throwing a curveball must be high. If obvious thats a normal fastball for a 6 year old.

  • It's so nice to read something from someone with common sense.

  • @murfun Haha yea, its also great so see people start baseball at such a young age. I wish I could have started sooner myself.

  • Exactly, he'll be 9 this weekend and is still playing, having fun and learning the game.

  • you teach a kid a curveball at that age?? i am older than him and only throw a curveball every once in a while. you are going to mess up that kids arm

  • have him work on mechanics not a curveball all you need is strikes at that age. also at the end of his pitch make sure he tucks his glove and lands toward the plate not off to the side, it helps a lot with accuracy. if you really think your son or whoevers son he is, is that good then take him to a private pitching coach to learn these mechanics.

  • u suck ass then

  • i can throw 20 n im only 10 woot jk ive touched low 50s but i average 40 - low 50s woot

  • i throw 65 tops and im ten.i throw palmball eephus 4 seam and circle change

  • yeah right u either aren't ten or cant throw 65 dude

  • haha these little kids thinking they're throwing 70?? yall are playing little league pitching from like 50 ft almost instead of 60.......so back up 10 feet and i bet you cant get over 55

  • hahaha ur right when i play last year i cud throw like 60 and now i throw like 55 its crap

  • If they back up ten feet, their fastballs would be eephus pitches

  • so many of these people commenting are such bull shitters

  • true. i dont think ur gonna mess up your arm trowing a curveball, what the hell is that. ( that was a comment somewhere before this one )

  • I know people who jack up their arm throwing a curve ball but he throws all the time when he is warming up. I throw a curve ball my arm doesn't bother me at all.

  • oh ur cool...faggot

  • i'm 13 and that kid was pretty upsetting how those were both balls. And plus i can make atleast 20 strikes in a row.

  • Haha all these kids....have fun throwing curve balls when you're like 10...you're arm will be shot by the time you're 16.

  • Stop throwin curve balls and work on location, control, and offspeed until you get to 13 or 14. At that young of an age you can really wreck your arm.

  • bull you should start throwing curves when you get home from the hospital after being born....only people who dont throw them correctly mess their arms up

  • True bro. If you throw a curve correctly nothing should happen to your arm.

  • A curveball is an offspeed pitch.

  • man i throw i sick spilter and im 11

  • i am 10 and i have topped out at 73

  • i am 11 and i have been signed by the yankees

kid stop trying to make yourself look good

  • shut up no you have not there is a guy on our team we had an allstar game for our travel league all of minnesota and me and him were in the game and they had speed guns and he could throw 76mph and that was the fastest in all of minnesota for 13 year olds and i could throw 73 the 3 fastest . if i were you i would just stop now

  • u should stop

  • doubt it

  • stop lying...ok go get a life....you would be the greatest 10 year old to ever live to play basebal....ok..thats if you threw 73...more like 33

  • true

  • gettokid0013- bull shit your 10 and have topped 73

  • bullshit thats like 15 year olds dude

  • Make sure that kid lays off the curves...Now that he knows how, he'll throw them sometimes, but it needs to be a very rare pitch. If not, when he gets to his early teens, it will be a regret for everyone.

  • this kid throws aout 80 mph.

  • hes good but im a way better pitcher than him

  • wow just shut the fuck up

  • no shit hes only 6

  • throwing curves already!

hopfully he dusnt hurt his arm , he also has pretty good speed for a kid his age

  • even if you do teach kids the right mechanics its probably best not to throw a curveball that young, and even when hes old enough to start to throw one, id say about 11-13 years old, throwing it too often can really hurt your arm. i know a kid who is 15 and he threw his curve too much and had to have surgery on his elbow

  • Even if this kid does know how to throw a curve correctly, you should have him throw it too much or it WILL effect him, no matter how he throws it.

  • I WOULD RACK OFF YOUR KID! I'M 17 YEARS OLD AND I'D EAT THIS KID FOR DINNER!

Just kidding. All the luck to you're child in his hopefully many remaining years in baseball.

  • A.J. Burnett thinks you should not throw a curveball till your 16.

    Isint he good???

  • its true but depending on factors such as age, arm strength, experiance

however it is not recomended to throw a major league curveball but they have proven curveballs that are good for kids to throw.

i'm 11 and i have an higher than average curveball

  • u guys are guessing how hard u throw my dad has a radar gun and i throw 64 mph not makin it up

  • why try to convince people on youtube....

  • all these fuckin 12 year olds saying they can throw 70-80 is bull shit. i can touch low 70's and im 15. fastest pitcher on my travel team throws 78 at his best. none of these douchebags saying they can "only throw 75" when they are 12 is a crock of shit

  • i agree

  • i agree too, nobody is really impressed either by a few words. Look at me...... "I'm 12 and I throw 70!"...... oh boy. Put up a vid or somethin with a real radar gun to prove yourself.

  • how bout u put a vid up with a radar gun. cuz i'm almost 12 and the fastest i've ever thrown was 58.

  • im ten and i throw 58 or 60. wat team u play for

  • lol when i was 12 i threw like 65

  • then you suck

  • i know i just turned 14 and i am reaching 68-72 and 72 being on a good day

  • Comment removed

  • hey i was on another video and you posted this 2 days ago on the same day as this one and you said you throw 65-70 did you just happen to gain 5-10 mphs??lol

  • wow im 12 i havent been to cooperstown and ive seen a 75 mph pitcher actually 3 of them on the same team and my team was roping the ball its not that hard

  • curveball?

  • my friend is 13 he can hit it 300 single barrel bat and his fastball is 65-70 average and hes like accurate hes amazing

  • my curveball is barley bigger then his and im 11

  • crazyjackassskater u cant throw 90-100

  • im 12 and can throw 50-60

  • oh yea, well im 25 years old n i pitch

    90-100mph.

  • if you pitched that fast, you'd be in the big leagues pal...

  • and he wouldnt be on youtube braging on a video of a 6 year old pitcher

  • okay what team you play for?

  • for all you 12 and 13 year olds out there you can stop lying and sayin u can throw in the 60-80's because everyone knows that thats total bullshit and the only way anyone is goin to believe you is if you make a unedited video of yourself pitching with a radar gun and that saying 60-80 mph

  • im 12 and work out and only throw about 65 -70

  • a guy in my local area is 12 and pitches 75-80.He's amazing!

  • a 12 year old might be throwing in the low to mid 70s...from what 52 feet away is the mound to home in ur age group?

  • thats reallly fast cuz when i was in cooperstown when i was 12 we played this kid who threw 74 (he was clocked in our game) and it was almost impossible to get a hit cuz my team is pretty bad, but im the only one who got a hit off of him. you goin to cooperstown this year?

  • im 13 and i could probably through 70mph. thing is my arm would probably abliterate, fly off, then light on fire. lol :D

  • i am 12 and only throw 50.

    i know i suck =(

    lol

  • I am 13 and I throw 65mph.

  • I'm 12 and can only trrow around 54-56

  • if the description is true your a oron for letting a 6 year old throw a curveball

  • Considering the little league world series fastest pitcher ive seen clock in at like 72 but again he was like 17 and got removed your 13 ur arm muscles are not strong enough yet to even break 75 and thats if ur the fastest 13 in the country

  • thats impossible for a 11 yr old to throw 78.... im 14 and i only throw a 75 mph fastball

  • Im 13 and i throw 70. Im not even one of the fastest pitches on my team. 2 of our guys throw 75 and jesus sauceda is on our team and hes throwing 80's

  • im 12 and pitch 67

  • dude i am 12 and i can throw 65 to 68 no kidding dude i swear

  • i'm 13 and a half and i throw at about 65- 75, 80 if i'm hurlin it

  • whoever says thehyre 11 and 12 throwing mid 70s. your lying to yourself

  • WORKING ON A CURVEBALL!!! Are you nuts? Yes you are. What coach, parent even the greatest pitchers of all time would tell you that this kid shouldn't be throwing a curveball at 6. Not 7,8,9,10,11,12 at the youngest... maybe 11. This kid is gonna have a hard life working without his right elbow/wrist. Not only that, AREN'T 6 YR OLDS SUPPOSED TO BE IN TEE BALL!!! LOL

  • i'm 12 and im throwin a 72 mph fastball but no curve.got a knuckleball tho

  • im 11 and im throwin 78mph fastball.

  • So I'll expect to see your interview at the Little League world series, as you must be one of the fastest pitchers in America at your age... don't lie kid.

  • i agree 100% hamburgler

  • Dude, your so full of BS. Tell me how tall you are, how much you weight, your body fat percent, and no one cares how fast you can pitch if youre not accurate and i agree with Hamburgler. If you really can throw almost 80 then i better see something about you next year in the little league world series.

  • Really, so your telling me you throw the equivilant to 110mph. in the major leauges. Yea right kid. I'll see you on ESPN. Don't lie.

  • liar you probally throw 60 tops i know because im on a full time travel team and our fastest pitcher throws 63 and so far he is the fastest pitcher we've faced and we play elite baseball teams... btw im 12 too but dont go around youtube saying you can throw 70 when everyone knows you cant... you probablly bring the heat but not that fast that would be like saying a major league pitcher throws 110... thats not going to happen. 72 is fast for a 13 year old

  • well im 14 and i throw 84 to 86 with a fastball.

  • at 6 years old he shouldnt be throwing any breaking pitches..

  • youre gay

  • im 14 and i throw 75 no way you throw 70

  • Thats no curveball. Its just goes really slow.Has to go somewhere

  • That was probably his fastball. He isn't throwing fast enough to throw the ball in a straight trajectory.

  • its not a curveball hes just not strong enough to get it over the plate

  • i always thought pitching to contact was the most important thing to learn as a kid, but other parents think otherwise. RIP that kids elbow =(

  • lol nce kid dont make him throw curve balls now dude thats wen he gets into college and im 12 and i throw 70 mph balls i love baseball my 1 sport

  • ya bull shit maybe from 35 feet

  • you cant make a high school team without a curve... and you don't throw 70

  • dont let this kid throw curves until he is in college amigo [:

    fastball everytime

  • to young needs learn more of the mechanics of pitching

  • He'd be lucky to throw well at ten like this. He might strike out hitters but it'S because they are too young. MLB needs fastballs, not movement; it surely good to throw a well placed cruve, but if oyu can'T line up a few good fastball, it will get it.

Nothign replaces a blazing fastball with accuracy.

  • MLB needs movement not fastballs, any big leaguer can hit a 99mph fastball

  • he is throwing very well for six. however it's not like he's so amazing that he's going to definitely be a major leaguer. and sorry, murfun, but all the people being really nasty about the fact that he's throwing a curveball are right. six is way too young. people arent supposed to throw curveballs until they're in high school. if you want this kid to have a shot at the majors, throwing curveballs when hes six is not the way to do it. develop good mechanics and focus on being a five tool player.

  • pretty sweet. i bet he'll be pretty good when he gets older

  • haha he is sweet lol, i remeber them days. if he keeps working maybe will see him in the mlb

  • it's amazing to see people shit all over a 6 yr old kid and actually be able to look themselves in the mirror the next day! i guess people really can't enjoy nice things anymore!! hey curtmastor(bater)? who do you play for? can we have your autograph? i have never heard of you so, you can go get fucked! on youtube you played in the aau but hw do we know that? i have 6 pack abs and am filthy rich do you believe me? just let people post and shut your yap!

  • im 13 i think hes pretty good for his age i fouled a 80 mile fastball from cousin today i was happy it was so luck im really good but i cant usually hit that fast i throw 54-61 miles is that bad for my age the fastest ive ever thrown was 67

  • thats why i hate youtube, u cant post anything without a bunch of internet losers commenting. Grow up people, hes 6

  • wow so cute and very good pitching :-)

  • do they even have allstars for 6 year olds or was that a figure of speech

  • coming from a guy whos played in national level showcased and AAU ball....i think this might be the most reckless thing ive seen in baseball...what fuckin hack parent lets they're 6 year old son throw curvballs....this could should be out in he feild picking tulups and throwin dirt clods at his freinds in between batters....my God these parents are sick these days...sad thing is when the kid is old enough to use an talent he is hell have a series a surgeries once hes in high school.

  • Well Stud ... You showcase wonder! You are a foul mouth moran. If you actually knew anything about baseball, you big stud you, you would know the little guy was just pretending. He threw two balls ... not curves ... two balls. Why you would take your showcase time to write such a stupid comment is beyond me. I really hope you make it to the bigs moran so you might be able to help some other poor stupid parent with your big stupid mouth. Go get'em stud.

  • come really guys? he's six!! i didnt have mechanics until i was in highschool! the only thing i was taught was how to throw with my legs. not keeping my front side closed and all that shit. cant wait to see you play in the bigs kid

  • just doesn't look right

  • Not bad for 6, but his mechanics are AWFUL.

If you're falling over to the side when you deliver the pitch, 6-year All-Stars will be *it*.

  • that cant be to healthy

  • not bad for a 6 year old. keep on chuckin kid

  • "You think he was throwing curve balls? It was how he threw his fastball.. he dosent have enough arm strength so he is lobbing it, then you can hear how windy it is.. the wind took it"

Finally someone that gets it. Thank you.

My son was 6 years old in this video. He can't even grab the ball with less than 3 fingers. ?? Do you REALLY think he is trying to throw a breaking ball? Goobers.

Thank you to those of you that can appreciate a lil' dude having fun.

  • i love how everyone is makin fun of this kid. guarenteed none of you could reach the catcher at age 6. Give the kid a break.

    Nice stuff kid.

  • bye bye elbow

  • bad mechanics, opens up way early so hes throwing all arm

  • one of the worst things you can do is throw any breaking ball before 12 years old in my opinion... and not that much.. muscles can tear during growth and will grow awkwardly causing pains when straining muscles.... i didnt throw a breakin ball till i was 16 years old and look where i am now... i pitch for the Richmond Braves.but man, this kid has alot of talent.dont throw a curveball until his stunt of growth is at least 3/4 way done.work on spots and changing speeds. a changeup can be deadly

  • it really depends sometimes the smaller ones just throw up in the air and let drop and use it as their curves they dont really flick the wrist which screws up your arm when your young but hes got talent

  • yah and curveballs at a young age are bad. They should stick to location with fastball and off speed pitches

  • i agree with murfun dont hate on little kids at least their doing something..

  • You think he was throwing curve balls? It was how he threw his fastball.. he dosent have enough arm strength so he is lobbing it, then you can hear how windy it is.. the wind took it

  • um, he would( if he threw 10-15 curves a day)

lose his carer for ever in like two weeks

  • hes to young to be throwing curveballs

  • hes gonna kill his elbow but hes still a total beast :)

  • I think he's throwing a wiffle ball

  • Damn. When I was 6 I couldn't even make it to the plate

  • that kid should not be throwing like that, his elbow will be in awfull condition and wont really be able to play well at all for the rest of his life due to early age tissue damage, it will ruin his career, wait atleast till he is 12 0r 13

  • way to young to be throwing curve balls. keep this up. and he wont be playing much longer

  • hes way too young to throw a curve... hes gonna throw his arm out before hes 10

  • I barely ever through curves! Why would you let a 6 year old throw one?!?!?!?!?!

  • he pitches good for a six year old

  • maybe he should learn off speed stuff (i.e. changeup) instead of breaking balls first since that's gonna be way more helpful for him in the long run. That's just me

  • The kids arm is gonna be dead before he's 9

  • My dad says when he was a kid a kid broke his arm trowing a cuve ball

  • let the kids arm mature a little....throw curveballs wen ur 15...not 6...

  • NICE curve

  • nice pitching... i can throw a little better but.. no duh im older... nice pitch

  • why would u let a 6 year old throw a curve?

  • that kid is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure he isn't the fastest pitcher ever because he's only 6. But that is impressive. (Better than zito) :)

  • yep let him throw curves to throw out his arms

  • that was pretty good for a 6 year old and that wasnt a curve its called a fastball but really slow because he's only 6!!!!!

  • what a beast

  • He is going to screw up his arm

  • "ahh yeah. you're right there."

  • any1 hear of a GRAVITY CURVE not a real pitch just so slow it moves

  • Exactly ... Thank You.

  • this kid's arm is gonna be in a cast by the age of 15 if he keeps throwing that pitch

  • I wanna see that kids arm by the time he's a junior in high school cuz it's gonna be in a cast

  • its the way hes throwing it its just like a blooper pith that looks like a curve well anyway thats a nice pitch

  • really not bad for a 6 year old

  • wow thatz a nice arm for a 6 year old...

  • he must throw it a way were he doesnt twist his wrist orelse he'll kill his arm

  • not bad for 6

  • LOL at everybody who thinks he's throwing a curveball, dicks. Pretty decent arm for a 6 year old.

  • i dont know alot about pithing because i play third base but i do know that a six year old can not throw a curveball it would mess his arm up

  • No way is that 50-58. Not bad for 6 lol i couldn't pitch at all when i was 6- i still really can't. But i know enough about pitching to know those aren't solid pitching mechanics, but whatever he's 6.

  • i throw a curve im 12 but my dad only lets me through it 15 times a game

  • dude hes already throw ing 50-58 dude!
