I know it's difficult to admit, but Hogan, in the most prolific part of his career, was a Hitter. Probably in this video he used Drag Loading, but he also talked about LIVE TENSION in his book. That rigidity is the primary source for Drive Loading, and many videos and photos show him using Angled Hinging.
Oh my freaking God. More words in this single video than in Hogan's entire book, I think--which is true of sooo many Hogan disciples. Hogan was much less complicated and technical than people have remade his image.
How in bloody hell did a guy like Snead ever become the winningest player in the history of the American tour, if you have to know all this crap? Jesus. If we all learned to walk down a flight of stairs this way, we'd all have two broken legs.
As the club begins to build up speed and the left hip makes the first move down the target line before it turns backward, the width of the stance will hold up just fine. If you have a tendency to lose your balance, your stance might be to narrow. w w w (dot) golferbreak80 (dot) c0m

It's Hogan, but old Hogan. Even he didn't like his old swing eventually. ;-)
Hadda be when he had the big hook.
