I just can't stop listening to this track, is by far the best one from the album. It kinda wakes up some wierd/sad/happy/excited feeling inside my chest. I just love YB, and love their new style, you have to listen the complete 7:29 song and dive in your feelings. Cheers from our little country of Macedonia!
i dont see the failure with the last shpongle. the new YB needs more listens. less psy, more art/postrock with psy elements, but thats okay. quite interesting, but maybe a bit premature at this point...let's see how this evolves
i like the new direction, these guys have so much potential now that there not just making generic techno beats. the first album was ok. the second album was so much better and this one sounds like its going to be a masterpiece

Obviously all of us can hear it =] But if the whole album have this kind of atmosphere like this track, ill be one of the first who will buy it =]
@behindertesau yeah, this track is really great, (now is) the best from the new album (imho). And yeah, youre right, YB is not just Simon, this band is 6 people. Btw, I heard YB at Ozora festival (Hungary), and was a really nice _concert_ Like a mix with Pink Floyd and Coldplay (wtf) and a post-rock band. Anyway, I miss the instrumental traxx, this vocal isn't good to YB.

@djninth & @ Efferion you have absolutely right. The new album went in bad direction in my opinion. I'm big fan of YB and now I'm little disappointed.
@psywave6 they are the artistical direction though and if you have enjoyed their music so far that's great, but their music isnt tailored to the individual. everyone's ears hear different things as to what they like. some fans will love the new stuff, some wont. what matters in music is that there is just that, music.
@Efferion agreed. vocal is okay for one or two track, but for all.. YB is a psychedelic msuic (for me), not a post-rock band, but the new way is absolutely brit rock, post rock, psy rock weird stuff. btw, hear the complete album first, and we can talk about it :)

you know, Posford is a fcuking genious (i have _all_ his music, from '98), but now he use his talent in a bad way. I really hope, the complete Vaccine album is not the same like these tracks.

The album has been in the making for like 2 years. The reason why they didn't release it was the epic failure of the 4th shpongle and Hallucinogen.
