G'day mate, im getting a white border around my rendered image on the translation part of the sig after i upload it. i can not see see border on PS. any idea how to fix this?

@otto11266 right, what you have there is the remains of antialiasing. If you cut it out from a white background, you'll get that. I suggest you put a background layer of some colour where you can see it, and just go around the render and eraser off the white. Either that or fiddle with the magic wand tool settings and try and cut out the render again.

can you please help me, I am trying to create a signature. I have established a background. next I created a new layer to put a pokemon ontop, when I do this there is a white box (or black on a jpg). How do I get rid of this box. I got rid of it before but saved the signature as a jpg and can't edit it.

@enVme731 well jpegs do not support transparency. So that's where it came from. In future save as .png.

In order to remove the white box, use the Magic Wand Tool, (W), select the white areas, hit delete, then use the eraser to get ride of the bits left over. It's meticulous work, but the only way to do it I'm afraid. Hope that helps!.

I've said again and again that this isn't supposed to be a wonderful signature, it's supposed to be demonstrating a particular process.

Also, looking at your tutorials, you use almost exactly the same processes as I showed in my other signature tutorial. So...

wow pop-outs are so easy..

make your base in a canvas.. do w/e to it..

drag it onto a taller transparent canvas (all layers) then render

colour balance if you need to zzz

Uh, dude, Im not TRYING to make a skillful signature. What I AM trying to do is show people a way to make a signature that looks better than something made in paint. I didn't object to your 3/10. That is justified. I'm not looking FOR a 10/10. What I do object to is you making a comment like that with no justification. You could have said "3/10 because the signature took no skill or effort to make" that would be perfectly fine. In the circumstance, the sig didn't need to be, but meh.

check that the resolution on your document aint bigger than the pic's resolution. it will show what the res. is if you go to image -> image size. or something like that.
