His mother's name was Anne, I believe. Although, I could be wrong. It only mentions her name once in the first SH.

Karin is Yuris Mother. Anastasia called her Anne as they were in Japan, because this sounds mor russian. And later Karin got a picture of Yuris Mother, which consfused her (but we can´t see the picture at this moment). At the end you can see, that it shows Karin and Yuris Father. But maybe only at the good ending, I don´t know.

When? There are two endings. The first one where he becomes "crazy" is the bad one, you can call this Yuri as a Yuri without a soul. In the good ending he awakes at that day he meets Alice the first time.
