  • Oh yeah unless your planning on eating like a rabbit for the rest of your life I would be mindful of the qiuck weight loss idea's what ever you take off to quick will come back double. so again I stress Cardio plenty of water and ,rest, try 2 maintain a healty diet.... and good luck on your bc in dec 09. if you ever plan to detox again good old fashion water will work. instead of straving yourself just make water your only choice of drink for the next 30 day's but make sure you eat.

  • I think  u should do ten days of the master cleanse. I did it for detoxification and lost 7 pounds. I got help from other youtubers.

  • A month in braids is good way to grow your hair. Have you been moisturizing properly. As far as weight-loss, don't get discouraged. Your body is plateauing, which means you have to adjust to a NEW regimen. I would suggest walking more, and eating less CALORIES a day.

  • I used dr. mircles every other day. I cant keep them in more than a month...LOL I really have to get back in swing of things

  • (Cut back about 15% of what you currently intake). Also, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST keeping a journal to document your intake, weight loss, and physical activity. Seeing these three things on paper will help you to focus and reach your ultimate goals.

  • Sounds like weight watchers. I like the idea but cant stick to it. I love snacks, I was 226 and now I am 190 so I was really on track but I need that extra push.

  • I've used a health resource to help calculate my intake when I became health-conscience. It is called Diet Plus Analysis (CD-Rom form). It is extremely helpful - but you have to practice commitment with it. You may be able to find the software for cheap if you use google or ebay.
