I can not stand Hype Williams. He is a 'Ghetto' styled music video director who lacks style and creativity. If I was a music video director and someone showed me the above video. I would humbly say 'lets roll with it'. I watched the other video and felt sick. This video is wholesome and has meaning. Yo Hype find another career. compared to Hype's visuals this is a typical generic video. the song itself would have made it worth to watch but Hype's version made it more powerful for the eyes as well as the ears. creativity? Aerial shots of snow covered mountains shot in "cold" contrast, it gives off the cold vibe better than walking round the city singing. dudes playing domino in the street is NOT ghetto? Im sorry but i'm glad DefJam hired Hype. that vid gave Ne-Yo a more mature look.

I like this video better than the other one, this one is more organic and not so commerilized. Plus I think neyo looks better this one and so does the video model, their looks seem more natural and not so videoish, in other words they just look like people from the neighboorhood.
