I have a better way of doing this, it's quite simpler actually.

1. Crop out both eyes in separate clips.

2. Select an eye, go to EFFECTS - MATTE - IMAGE MASK

3. Go to the effect, and check the box that says invert.

4. Then, basically tint it depending on what color it is.

5. Then, EFFECTS - MATTE - MATTE CHOKER

It's way easier and looks better I tried both ways. =D

@lorki3 Nope. iMovie 09 won't do it. but final cut isn't very complicated when you follow a few tutorials and there is a free version called final cut express... but you don't get all the features.

This is weird i had it on a new sequence had my footage,my orange pic and it wouldn't let me do any motion with it.The motion hing is on the viewer not the actual clip i am working on in the new sequence.

haha, thats sooooo much easier than trying to use an 8-point garbage matte like I tried to do. And maybe a tip, put the mouth in a different layer so it doesnt have to have the same dimensions of a face (if that makes sense lol)?
