  • Often the simplest is the most important. Great tips.

  • Another good idea is to use a camera stabilizer when on the move. I've been using a Cam Caddie SCorpion they're inexpensive and very effective!

  • Great video for beginners. Composition is soooo important. Great job.

  • if you place a person in the middle of the screen right between two vertical lines, would this be not following the rule of thirds? should we avoid this?

  • "where these points intersect is where you want to put your subject"

    *camera moves to the side*

    XD

  • @FyreHD he is following the rule of thirds there.

you should put the objects on the intersections, so where the vertical and horizontal lines cross

  • @j1mmyarts Yeah, i know he is, they just moved the camera so his face wasnt in the intersections right as he said to put the objects in the intersection. I thought it was kinda funny.....

  • Another rule they should know is the 180 degree rule...

  • LRCProductionsUS your a dumbass lol i laughed my ass off when i read your comment

  • LCRProductionsUS, you are soo dumb dude, so dumb

  • Good camera work is never accidental. Often people confuse creativity with accidents. This is a great tip.

  • I will never use any rules. Creativity comes from the heart, if your good you don't need rules. You do what ever you want as it comes to you naturally, and if your good, you will have outstanding results.

  • You gotta know the rules before you can break them, primo. Master them before you can reinvent them.

  • @LRCProductionsUS when you're good you're good. You can say that because you are the man and it comes to you naturally. You were born with it! lol...

  • There should be a pop-quiz for people posting videos on youtube, if they don't know what the rule of thirds is, the can't post.

  • sweet

  • Horizon Line can be at the top or bottom, as long as its not in the middle you're safe.

  • please help me.. i want to post a video..

i made it by microsoft mov maker..

the problem is i dont know how to convert it..

  • save the movie to your computer, not just send it in. I did that and my movies work now.

  • publish your movie to your computer first then upload. dont forget which folder you put your movie in!

  • u dont need to convert it. u probably clicked save project as. this does not save it as a movie. u need to click publish movie. then u can save it as a wmv which uploads to youtube.

  • i tot i have to convert it first..

    tnx man,

  • well first off, don't use windows movie maker, it's way too limited. if you're working on a video it'll just randomly crash and you'll have to do it again. that's why u have to always save it yourself, there's way better programs that just save it for you like Adobe Premiere. if you're newer to videos then stick to windows movie maker, but not for too long if you get more into making videos.

  • TNX 4 D ADVICE MAN..

ill try adobe i want to do more ^^..

take care, and thank u again..

  • Hangs and crashes with WMM are a result of problems with codecs. You can find lists of the problem codecs online, and fix the problem simply by changing the name of the codec by adding an _ to the end of the file name. That said, WMM still really sucks. I'm looking for open source alternatives until I can afford Adobe Premiere...pls tell me if you know of any.

  • using the windows movie maker program you can put songs and add texts easily. It's really simple
