I started to say a similar thing about weigh...to act as if I'm the weight I want to be at. What would I do...I'm also inspired to get a trainer. Love your intentions I'll be looking out for the results too.
Yes...I do work with a declaration/affirmation that speaks my ideal weight...I am a magnificent, lean, loving machine with a 119 lb body! We can all have anything we can imagine!
