@ADrunkHippe0xboxlive 4 people, 1 Child (7) in a Jeep about to go over a ledge in a very similar situation. We had 5pt harnesses and a cage but the biggest travesty is that the beer cooler didn't have a lid lock. Maybe a bit crass but still. If you watch quick thinking would have (most likely) saved him from going over. The right rear did not sink but the left rear had some give left. If you smacked it in reverse it would've backed him off the ledge or dug the left rear in a bit.

@johnboy11182 you had a 5pt harness, im sure this truck has the regular belt... and still, im sure he was shitting his pants with his child in there not wanting him hurt... i see what youre saying, however if i had my wife and kid in myy truck, id be more worried that were gonna roll and hope they were safe. he was a light rollover, however, he was probably expecting it to be 10 times worse.

@ADrunkHippe0xboxlive & rekjavicxxx I'm NOT raggin on anyone. I'm sorry if my first comment seemed crass. If his shifter stuck all I can say is "sh*t happens" and I'm glad no one got hurt. I done many things over the years that could have been prevented. We've had trucks w/ Hurst, B&M, etc shifters. We got rid of that type because jammed going into reverse. My Jeep I ripped the lock out of the shift so you don't have to apply the brake to shift.

Was it a Hurst shifter by any chance?

@BuyWag All they did was check the oil and it was low so they added oil and it fired right up!!! smoked a little burning the oil on the pistons but lasted about 2 mins and he run the rest of the day with no problems!!!
