Thanks Gary, you said something important here in the latter half of this video and that is conveying the message to others in a certain way and having them accept it. It does bring resistance as I have found when I choose to eat healthy and the rest of the family doesnt.

Good to see Gary again. I used his methods to recover
from a chronic disease. That was almost the easy part
