Sorry to tell you this, but there is NO WAY you can gain 5 pounds of muscle a year. The reality, is that if it is really all muscle, it takes close to 10 months to build 5 pounds of muscle
yea running as soon as u get up will help u shed the fat but make sure you EAT you have to eat a good meal man dont starve yurself a tread mill is good bc it is more scheduled and it tells u i like runing tread mills but sometimes its good to get out and go run
run alot bro on the tread mill im a ball player and u can slim ur fat down and become a skin tight shredded muscle machine with a ombination of cardio and weight lifiting
thx...when do you run? Early in the morning? I do not have a tread mill and can't afford one right now, but I have running shoes that I bought to run with. I just have not gotten around to actually running. lol I want to though :)
your weights are to heavy bro look on a guy called scooby on youtube he will give u all the advice you need,. ive been training for two years......i wish i listend to this guy earlier good luck bro cya
I am 5'8" I was 175 lbs. my senior year of high school, but I am in better shape now I think than I was then.
I actually lost weight. Now I am 170.8 with a body fat of 16.4 and a hydration of 60.5. I have lost 2.5 percent body fat in the past month or so. I am on a high fiber diet and it is really cleaning my system out good and helping me to get rid of my body fat. :)
Nah I dont know that yet--Im guess mostly muscle and my bench went up to 280--but my weight went up more so its not really prgress--I played defensive end in high school
wow...that's cool. I am not really into sports...I just like to workout and try to get my body into good shape...I took weight lifting when I was in high school and when I was benching then I could lift 185 lbs bench when I weighed 175 lbs. I do not know what I bench right now because I have not been to a gym in a long time. All my workouts right now are at home...but I am guessing I could probably still lift 185 lbs. because I can do same amount of pushups as I did when I was in high school.
Good job but your form seems a little off, like you're wobbling your body as your lift. Keep your body as straight as possible and use just your forearms to pull the weight up.
If you can't keep your form straight maybe consider lowering your weight a little bit.
This is just a suggestion. If it's working for you then don't change a thing.
I tend to rush through it some when I am making a video of me workingout because I know I only have 10 minutes...usually I do them slower and don't really wobble like that.
My body fat tonight was at 18.4 percent and hydration level was 59.5 percent. No, my body fat did not go up, it actually went down. in my former post I did not post the decimal point numbers. My former body fat was at 18.9 actually or around there.
I have discovered that I can make a protein shake without any protein drink mix. Here is how: 2 cups milk, 2 cups vanilla icecream, 4 tbs. natural peanutbutter. I sugest bryers natural vanilla for the icecream, and either organic peanut butter or natural peanut butter that has no hydronated oils in it. Hydronated oils were compared with rat droppings on a tv news program. Organic foods are best if you can aford them finacially.
I am now 180 lbs. So I am actually loosing weight right now. I am loosing weight, but my muscles are growing bigger actually. My arm has grown 1/2 inch in size round forearm and bicep/tricep. I have lost 1 inch in my waist and gained 1 inch in my chest. I have gained 1/2 inch in my quads and lost 1/2 inch in my calves. So even though I am loosing weight, my muscles are still growing and becomming more defined and cut right now.
I just bought a scale that measures body fat and hydration. My body fat after working today was 18 percent, and my hydration was 59 percent. So I just need to loose like 10 percent body fat and gain like 1 percent in hydration. My weight was at 178 lbs. today.
sorry i meant in 9 days.
