That's a great song. I really like it. But some of the lyrics just don't work. "I pledge allegiance the original way"? The original way would be without "under God" and using the salute made most popular by the Nazis. We changed all that after WWII and during the Cold War to the way we know the Pledge today. Still a great sentiment.

Excellent song, reminds me of the bygone days of great Southern rock!

@blondeguy08 its pretty simple, in the video you can see how its all old stuff (pictures furniture ETC ETC) he talks about something you dont understand because in the south you see urbanization and the southern way of life is slowly leaving us down here. the guy is now living on a golf course which im sure was one his land and hes refusing to leave because its his home he grew up there and if he leaves his house is demoed. it really isnt hard to understand, hope this helped.
