FYI-Before the Carter administration, the Panama Canal Zone WAS U.S. territory. It was the foresight of our leadership and people that built it and controlled it responsibly for many years, including the year that Mr. McCain was born.

He's the only candidate of both parties to actually serve in the military, he was captured, and became a P.O.W. for 6 years. He knows what war is like, so he's a lot less likely to start one. The 70% figure comes from news stations that are not Fox News, AKA "Right Wing Christian News Station". Only 30% of Americans support the war, and ironically, only 30% of the nation are Christians and those are the types that watch Fox.

What's been established is that Bush, Senator Clinton, and many others who authorized the war believed that Sadaam had WMD's. Also Colin Powell, who was not 100% behind the war believed there were WMD's.
