putting words into the mouths of athority figures that rule over us,exagerating them, and making them out as bumbling idiots is sick and wrong! if you are so fedup with how the government is vote properly, and if you are even willing, work hard, join the government, and work to change not to bad mouth.
He was born in the Panama Canal Zone, not Mexico...so I don't get the name? But I still say he has no right to be president, not being a natural born citizen...
FYI-Before the Carter administration, the Panama Canal Zone WAS U.S. territory. It was the foresight of our leadership and people that built it and controlled it responsibly for many years, including the year that Mr. McCain was born.
The name Mexicain comes from someone who dislikes his original status on the immigration policy which is in general favorable to Mexicans. That is one of the problems that nut job Limbaugh has with him.
anyone who supports intelligent design to be taught obviously isn't intelligent. anyone who doesn't believe in evolution, i dont believe in them. fuck mccain
McCain does believe in evolution. He never waned to put ID in our schools. You do not know what in the fuck you are talking about. John McCain is the least religious and least conservative out of the bunch. Get your facts straight.
McCain may be the least conservative, but he's still conservative. And I don't trust anyone who flip flops on issues the way he does, just to get more votes. And he seems like another war mongerer.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
This is bullshit. You can say a lot of thing about McCain, but he is no war monger. He's the only candidate of both parties to actually serve in the military, he was captured, and became a P.O.W. for 6 years. He knows what war is like, so he's a lot less likely to start one. As opposed to all the other trigger happen red neck Republican nominees. He is by far the most moderate, he was endorsed by several high ranking Democrats. He is the best man for the job.
he was once a moderate. I might have liked him to be president if he wouldn't keep trying to convince republicans that he's a conservative by flip flopping on a lot of issues, like the Bush tax cuts.
ugghhh okay, who is more moderate then him who is running as a Republican? Oh do tell! McCain has to gain the support of the base of the Republican party, but as president will be a mainstream moderate who can work with the other side and make negotiations
Umm, he made a JOKE about bombing Iran. That is serious shit - it's not a fucking joke. We don't need a President who wants to stay in Iraq and waste BILLIONS of dollars a year to get nothing done and then wants to go rape Iran as well. No thanks. Fuck this old fogey, he'll die in 2 years anyways.
DillonX, with Pauls point of view, why was he on the Republican ticket in the first place? As much as America is long overdue for a female president, if I were voting, I'd gamble on Obama. In a way it's too bad Clinton and Obama both ran at the same time.
McCain, another cannon loose on the poopdeck. And I do mean poop, somebody go get his Depends.
Asking troops do you want to win is like asking football players. Hey shmuck, it's the coaches that put those football players on a BASKETBALL COURT called Iraq. NO WMD! No wonder Colin Powell is in hiding.
4 more Bush years Cheneyed to a warped vision? No thanks, been there Vietnam, done that Korea.
Time for troops to come home, and time for Ron Paul.
Ironically, he has more of a chance than McCain does. McCain has no fucking chance at all. 70% of America wants out of this bullshit war and he's said he wants to stay there for 100 years if we need to. He's fucking delusional.
Where do you get the 70% figure from? Maybe 70% of your friends. Odd, I've never seen that figure anywhere. Was it biting off more than we could chew (with the original plan)? Yes. Foolish and overconfident. Our men and women over there are doing more good than is ever reported. Talk to ten soldiers and nine of them will say the war is misrepresented in a negative light on national TV.
The 70% figure comes from news stations that are not Fox News, AKA "Right Wing Christian News Station". Only 30% of Americans support the war, and ironically, only 30% of the nation are Christians and those are the types that watch Fox.
We're in Iraq for no reason at all. We had no reason to go there. It was an absolute smoke-screen to get oil. Haven't you wondered why we're in Iraq when it had nothing to do with 9/11 at all? It's already established that Bush lied about WMD's, etc etc.
What's been established is that Bush, Senator Clinton, and many others who authorized the war believed that Sadaam had WMD's. Also Colin Powell, who was not 100% behind the war believed there were WMD's. Bush may not be a great or even good president, but to lable him AND ALL OF THE "30% population of Christians" deceitful is a misrepresentation of facts. There are Christians who are for the war and those who are against it and the same is true for non-Christians. PLEASE DON'T LUMP!
Because clearly only Christians watch Fox News and not the atheists who all think they are better than you. BTW more than 30% of the country is Christian anyway.
No, it's about 30%. 100 million people. Even that number is a bit high since this countries primary religion is Christianity, so even non-religious people say "Yes, I'm a Christian."
I'd almost guarantee atheists do not watch Fox News, lol. It is right-wing religious America's news source.
What "left end sources"? I've watched Fox and CNN and CNN seems to be pretty mid-ground. Fox, however, is so obviously right-wing it isn't even funny. Half their day is spent attacking video games some days. It's a ridiculous station.
CNN is not too bad. MSNBC is quite to the left however. The attack on video games is not a left or right wing issue. There are just idiots on both sides who feel the need to attack my favorite form of entertainment.
Not all atheists think they are better than me, although it appears Theworldiswonderful thinks my viewpoint is below his/her level of intelect. I don't have so much a problem with the perspective as I do the lumping all Christians, Fox News watchers, and anyone else who disagrees with him/her. Its usually "right wingers" who are accused of seeing things only in black/white and this is yet another example that both extremes are more alike than not. YOU JUST SHOULDN'T VIEW EVERYTHING IN ABSOLUTES.
Does it matter if he has a chance or not? Are you going to vote for 'who has a better chance of winning'? Thats ridiculous, you just proved to me that you only follow the crowd like a fool.
SlowAndSteady2 Have you tried briskly shaking your head. It might help clear the cob webs. The election is between John McCain and the winner of the democratic race. Even if Mike Huckabee's odds of winning are considered to be really poor he is still miles ahead of Ron Paul. Is your inability to discern between reality and fiction why you are a Ron Paul supporter?
You can't win the argument; Ron Paul has helped expose what Bush has done to this country. I'm not at all talking about this election. It appears that you cannot stay on topic and are living in a dream world.
he wants us in iraq for 100 years because he wants to get the job done. ever heard of vietnam? it was a colossal failure. imagine this "wow! a rag tag band of insurgents defeated the greatest military on earth!"
Ya we should have never gone into Vietnam in the first place. Just like we should have never gone into Iraq. Neither threatened our National Security and both were done so without a Formal Declaration of War. So, for both reasons, both wars are 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
After about 5000 soldiers got killed in Vietnam the subject came up about whether or not we could win. The democrats used the same damn rhetoric that the republicans are using now to get 55,000 more troops killed and we still lost. It does not matter if winning is preferable if it is not possible.
just for your info, neither of u sound good!
