  • u scared the dick of me

  • Hi Kevin, I met you down at the Longevity Now conference last time around.. Thanks for the videos, I wanted to let you know that Healing Springs Kombucha is made at Harbin Hot Springs, in Middletown.. One of the nicest hot springs anywhere, I recommend you go with your sweety, you can camp there and soak/sauna for only 25 per night. It is blissful, especially the hot hot pool (116) and the cold plunge at top, Wow! My email is ajaiandi@gmail.com if you want more info, all blessings, Isaiah

  • well, Anise herbs has Calcium and Magnesium...can I rub it in with the baking Soda??

  • I haven't brush my teeth for about 4 years will baking soda turn them white

  • @s2mar33 Why is that?

  • I haven't brushed my teeth in 2 years. I need to turn them white overnight.

  • One Big Exception! If you have metal fillings (or worse, crowns on your fillings), Don't use abrasive on them or leave acids to convert some of the mercury into mercuous compounds. Poison! If you leave the fillings alone, the mercury will be shielded by oxides and bacteria.

Since mercury and enamel expand & contract at different rates, you are likely to get infections below them. Chomping a piece of aluminum foil briefly will release enough mercury to kill the bacteria.

  • i use toms but it is almost gone so now I am ordering some of that. THANKS.

  • eliza thornberry

  • "teeth do attract minerals" - or shortly: teeth can re-mineralize!

  • I Know What To Do About Yellow Teth... Brush Them!

  • mid stream urine?? That's a new one.

  • No offense, but you really have to do some balancing, you are so hyperactive that it distords bringing over the information...

Also a question.. Do you have a good source regarding dental issues..

Peace and thanks for the info..!

  • I hadn't considered them turning green I'll get baking soda post haste

  • 2:53 <- to save all y'all lives.

  • Can you post the products you use? that will be nice.

  • i want to say that my tooth enamel is growing back where i had ground my teeth down. i am amazed. i heard that enamel can return. It does. i now use a night guard to prevent grinding and eat primarily (98%?) raw. seems that the more live sprouts i eat - lentils, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, french lentils - the more progress i notice. the enamel took a quantum leap when i started eating 2-4 cups of live sprouts each day... and consuming celery-carrot-apple juice. the body is resilient.

  • wats tooth abrasives or abrases?..the thing u were saying at the end..

  • Ass Hole.

  • goddamn. 3 minutes to get to the point.

  • So, do the calcium and magnesium from greens not attract to your teeth?

  • brushing your gums is more important than actually the teeth itself. most the the germs reside on our tongue or gums rather than on the smooth surface of the teeth enamel. so brushing and massaging the gums is critical. also chewing on fibrous raw veggies and fruits help a great deal as well.

  • You make your own kombucha making sure to allow enough time for the mushroom to use up all the sugar. You know it is done by testing the ph.The ph must be under seven. I like it more on the acidic side, maybe a ph of four or five.

  • Ahh Marin county... Yuppie capitol of planet earth. SOOO glad I got out of there.

  • i didnt like tooth soap shreds. too expensive. why not use dr bronners castile soap for the teeth?

im now trying christphers herbal tooth and gum powder which is a fine powder suitable for daily use.

i will make my own abrasive powder with calcium, magnesium and baking soda! great idea kevin!

  • any one knows any natural medicine for tendon ruptured?

  • What is the toothpaste you are talking about? You are saying it so fast I can't make out what it is. Sounds like you are saying Toosi.

  • @sharing411 he's saying tooth soap

  • well, some of my teeth was color yellow ever since when my first tooth was taken off.. my dentist says that my teeth was color yellow because the antibiotics that i taken when i was a child ... :/

  • omg i love youe hire

  • Chlorella is great for teeth. I brush with it some times, it kills a few germs and supplies minerals. I've had much better teeth since I stopped using toothpaste about two years ago. On normal fasts teeth become really white, but I've had some discoloration on a fruit juice feast (and when I've otherwise eaten high fruit). High greens seems to be good for teeth. Usually I use only water and a brush, some times salt. .

The chewing toy (jawcerciser) by Victoria Boutenko makes much sense to me.

  • In addition to ToothSoap, I also use a negative Ion toothbrush.

  • Kevin, you have great energy today! Good advice on drinking the smoothie in one setting. Same advice I got from Holistic Dentist Stephen M. Koral in Boulder, Colorado. I recommend him. He's on the Pearl Street Mall above Ben & Jerry's. 303.443.4984.

  • Tea tree toothpaste and mouthwash:)

  • 3 years - Been 90% raw .. my teeth are sensitive from wearing down

  • Big Dr. Christopher fan here. This is his herbal tooth powder formula:

    3 parts Oak bark

    6 parts comfrey root

    3 parts horsetail grass

    1 part lobelia

    1 part cloves

3 parts peppermint combine and use the powder on a wet toothbrush. It will tighten loose teeth and help strengthen the gums (bleeding and pyorrhea type infections of the gums).

  • In response to eatmoreraw's comment, you don't necessarily need to eat raw or low fat food to have good dental hygiene. Weston A. Price studied indigenous people who ate animal fats i.e. stock, fish eggs, organ meats and shellfish, and of course full fat raw milk and butter. They had perfect straight white teeth despite not using toothbrushes. When these indigenous people adopted western diets, their children suffered tooth decay and crowded teeth. Check out the W.A.P. website for more info.

  • @Cyrill15 search "weston a price" in google

click on the diseaseproof "Weston A. Price Foundation, Stupid Traditions : Disease Proof" link (currently 4th from the top)

thumbs up if you believe in hearing both sides

  • I have not used toothpaste for 18months (neither have I used shampoo, soap, suntan lotion, deoderant etc). My dental hygene (and overall cleanliness) has never been better. The dentist complimented me on it. It is eating almost 100% low fat raw food together with lots of greens that enables this. It stops your body leaching minerals, and you ooze toxins much less plus dental decay is massively reduced. I use a toothbrush and water. I also use dental floss. I brush my tongue as well as teeth. :-)

  • I brush my teeth after every meal (three to four times a day) with Colgate toothpaste.

This episode is really enlightening for me, because I've never thought much about using toothpaste. I grew up thinking that toothpaste was the only preventative for tooth decay, aside from eating the right foods.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Kevin Fir thing in the morning I use my mid stream urine to gargle, massage my gums and teeth for at least 5 minutes. It is the most effective thing for your whole body. it gets rid of the plaque and whitens the teeth. I know it sounds gross but hey it is free and it is your own urine. By the way urine is the byproduct of our blood and not a waste product. Check out Martha Christy's book YOUR OWN PERFECT MEDICINE.

  • Check out: "Cure Tooth Decay: Heal And Prevent Cavities With Nutrition by Ramiel Nagel."

  • Ive been thinking of a natural tooth paste I could make myself, I think MSM powder with wheatgrass juice/powder would be a good combination, I read that wheatgrass helps to whiten teeth, maybe add a little mint or spearmint leaves for flavor and added benefits if needed.

  • nice, so much good info!

you remind me of my toddler, so much energy not enough dimensions to move around in!

thanks for the free show! saves me so much on books!

  • Drink Raw Milk... fix 'em up good!

  • any personal experience with this?

  • I went high fruit raw for a while and my teeth eventually began to hurt a little until I started drinking raw milk. Within just a couple days my teeth are whiter feel stronger and do not hurt!

  • wow well there's obviously something to be said about raw milk then. Was it cow's milk you drank?

  • Yup... Jersey Cow's milk to be exact. It's really a cool experience to meet the actual cows you get your milk from!

  • C'mon man don't talk about the farmers wife like that ; )

  • I promise Kevin that if you take angstrom phosphorus swish it around in your mouth your teeth will become White!

  • Hey Kevin---thanks for the help. What is the abrasive you use? You said its baking soda with calcium and magnesium that you got from the tooth soap company...do you mind sharing a link or the name of the abrasive?

(Sorry if you mentioned it and I missed it)

  • what do you think of xylitol ? good ? bad ?

  • I love tooth soap products! I have had lot of success with them too:)

  • There is tooth soap? Sounds interesting. I'll have to check and see if I can find that.

  • Hello, thank you for the video. Where do I get the tooth products from?

  • I use my pestal and mortor and grind celtic seasalt down to a fine powder and mix it with baking sode and it keeps my teeth nice and white, the backing soda makes my teeth feel really clean and smooth.

  • can i ask what the salt does for your teeth?

  • The celtic sea salt is loaded with minerals and works as an abrasive. your teeth absorb the mineral from what I saw on one of David Wolf's videos and is good for the enamal.

  • Im gonna have to try that now are you still supposed to use toothpaste if your using the celtic sea salt and the baking soda?

  • Hi again, I don't use toothpaste because of the chemicals that are in it are really not good , I chew on fresh mint leaves to freshing my breath then use the celtic seasalt and baking powder to brush with.

  • Ok lol well thank you very much Im deffs going to have to try it lol
