  • you can toad MY wet sprocket;););)

  • Sorry to say: this is the only thing I've heard by this group that I like. Listened to a lot of their stuff after finding this and ... meh. Oh, well.

  • always loved this tune

  • Thumbs up if you grew up in late 80's - 90's and this song takes you back in time to better time.

  • @Ben762x51 88'. And yeah, it's really too bittersweet actually.

  • dont know alot about their other work... THIS is not a good song ... its a GREAT rock n roll song ....

  • I have never heard of this song before, and I have never heard of Blender Magazine, I think I'm gonna have to see this list of top 50 worst artists. I bet there are some great musicians on it.

  • Toad Rocks!

  • Just heard this song in the car last night and its 2011 good song!!

  • MSCL!

  • Throwing a leg over a bike and riding out of a shit-splat, nowhere town for the very last time.

  • This may be a weird coincidence, but there's an orc from World of Warcraft dancing in the corner of the screen to this song. He knows what's good.

  • @mickeymousebiker1 Three Doors Down, some newer Foo Fighters stuff..but I agree completely..we are deprived..sucks..

  • Awesome band..love these guys..

  • why cant todays music be like this? becuase it was ours in the 90's you newbies dont know crap

  • @kntryfolk wish i could double thumbs up!!! i miss the 90's!

  • This song crosses over to Replacements territory. I got that idea from a rockandroller.

  • why can't todays bands right music like this..It's the fucking bomb!!

  • KING TONE all the way! Screaming Trees came out of this same time period. With a few exceptions (such as The Foo Fighters) Rock hasn't been the same since.

  • @mickeymousebiker1 totally agree!!

  • @redone2422 Great new music is still out there, but, it's rare, man -- it's rare.

  • "Jump back, gotta get outta here." That goes out for anyone who's fed up with their lame-assed home town (like mine in NE Ohio).

  • @mickeymousebiker1 NE Ohio is awesome

  • @BlastFromYesterday Ooooookay

  • I know this is a stretch, but, I think that, had he lived, Buddy Holly could have engineered/produced this tune (and lp). REM meets The Gin Blossoms meets The Pogues. Thank you, Santa Barbara, CA for this band!

  • Toad the Wet Sprocket is an Awesome band from my Home town of Santa Barbara California! They also went to my High School San Marcos High. Much better than the hateful and manufactured music of today! Rock On!!!

  • Got the same kind of feels as Wanderlust - I like, and I MISS THIS MUSIC!!

  • Jesus, I knew this band had a one or two of my favorite songs of the era, but I don't think I realized how much I liked the rest of their work. Underrated indeed.

  • frikin love it!

  • I think you mean Drop Zone

  • Love this band!

  • Great song from the 90's. I got introduced to it through the movie Point Break

  • @DaemonicNimrod how is that possible point break came out in 1992, this song in 1994?

  • @thrashdouche21 Yup. I made an error for sure. 'Drop Zone' was the movie I meant to reference, not Point Break. I stand corrected.

  • @DaemonicNimrod oh thats ok it happens to the best of us:) haha

  • Rightoues!!!!

  • this song was written about me

  • Favorite band. But honesty, this has got to be their most overrated song. (Not a bad song, just overhyped.) I think there are at least 3 songs on this album alone which are much better than this. Try Windmills, Fly From Heaven, and Something's Always Wrong.

  • Cool tunage

  • One person is a toad...

  • This album is awesome.

  • Love this song!! Saw them in concert in St.Louis, Missouri last night, had the best time! Go Toad!!

  • @Seasonchange1 Are you serious? I live in St. Louis and never heard anything about them coming! I so would have gone! They are such a great band.

  • one person is a idiot!!!!!!

  • where can i find the acoustic studio version?

  • i like this song

  • I saw that someone said that Blender magazine had put Toad as one of the 50 worst artists in music history. They are # 49.Are you kidding me? The list should have been made up of only rappers and yet there was only two[ Vanilla Ice and P diddy] on the list. They also included Live and said that they sound like U2.I have never heard anyone say they sound like U2 . How much crack were those that made this list up smoking?

  • @Gibsonhb1 It's just as well, blender doesn't exist anymore anyway

  • @yvettefoto I did not know that they no longer existed. Thanks

  • @Gibsonhb1 Blender are a bunch of turdless music hipsters that got all of their music knowledge from VH1's lists.

  • @TheMattathonShow Yeah I heard that the magzine went out of bussiness.

  • @Gibsonhb1 yeah they must have been on something to write that!!! that would piss me off just reading it.

  • @Gibsonhb1 These guys and live both were pretty good bands.

  • @Gibsonhb1 Since when is sounding like U2 even a bad thing anyway?

  • @Gibsonhb1 Who the fuck reads Blender??

  • Duhh duhhh, rappers bad dumb music duhhhhhh worst all bad derrrrrpppppppppp

  • best song of the 90's

  • Found this song on the Pandora station for the Gin Blossoms. Really into that station right now...

  • im dyslexic so i saw: fall down the wet toilet

  • This song was played in an episode of "My So-Called Life"

  • Reminds me of Gin Blossoms Found Out About You........HAUNTING sounding.

  • @racesity Yeah, it does! (I was thinking the same thing.)

  • @racesity tru that

  • Great song!!!! Takes me back to my college dayz in the early to mid 90's.

  • Great song!!!!

  • u guys all need to stop bitching about good rock music not existing in the 00's... thats why there are videos like this. if u dont like more modern music just dont listen to it dumbasses

  • Dulcinea

  • No problem .. skin problems can be treated. But don't jump back, now that sounds like a recipe for more falling down.

Nice production, reminds me a little of the Gin Blossoms or the gin I am drinking.

  • Fuck Blender in saying that these guys are one of the 50 worst bands of all time.

  • @MasterAdam100

Agree 100%. What a bunch of pretentious turds. I don't know if they were turned off by the bands lack of artifice, but they made some genuinely good music. Blender can suck a dick.

  • @scorchamatic Totally agree. My brother and I hung out with Glen Phillips right before Toad played the Keswick in Glenside, Pa. last May. He came into the bar right before the show. Great dude and so was the show. Blender can suck it.....what a douche.

  • i got them to sign my epiphone sg today ^^

  • @theblackwingangel sweet!

  • Timeless!

  • love, love, love them and this song!!!

  • A lost gem from the my teenage years and when I was a freshman in high school in 1994. Man I miss the 1990's

  • @PJSkins26 those were good times. I miss em too.

  • @jcmiller1215 me three.

  • great song!!!!

  • Not only one of the most underrated bands in my opinion- Dulcinea is one of the great albums that most ppl have never heard.

  • memories from my teenage years back in the 90's.. comming from school to see buzz clip at mtv!!!!

  • @maryjaneskull Hell yeah.

  • You all keep tabs on Glen Philips, hes still playing with his solo band and Toad..

  • probably the most underrated band of all I think..even when they started as a garage band in the late 80's all the wy to the unraveling in 98. And seriously the music never died its the ones who conform to radio and popularity beebop stuff. Seriously the late ninety's music didn't die the people gave up and jumped bandwagons

  • A way underrated band.

  • Absolutely

  • @kcnoise I've been saying that for years!

  • such a good song....brings back memories of grunge!!

  • great music never dies--just keep lookn

  • American Pie was referring to the mid nineties, when the Golden Age Of Alternative Rock faded, and rock DIED, when singing "the music died." The early and mid 1990's freaking ROCKED!

  • I don't think i've ever heard anyone refer to Don McLean as a profit before, seeing as how American Pie came out in the early 70's.

  • It was not a prophecy, I was lamenting and simply quoting a line to point to the fall of Rock. NO, it has no died, but for sure it has lost a grip. I meant no prophetic messages.

  • American Pie was referring to when Buddy Holly,The Big Bopper and Richie Valens died in the plane crash as the night the music died

  • I know. I was just saying rock died in the Nineties(for the greater part).

  • @vocaltalent1, that's what I thought! To me, all the good rock was from the '60s to the '80s. My life in the '90s turned upside-down, but I learned that there was still good rock even in the '90s, and that got me through. As for the 2000s? Well, let me say that, with a few exceptions, good rock basically no longer exists.

  • @vocaltalent1 True. Mid 90's alternative rock was the best. That shit barely exists nowadays.

  • Loooooooooooove this friggin song!!

  • reminds me of my school days.. awesome melody and pleasant voice

  • love

  • @Ameliasscarf i love these guys!!!

  • I think they did this on a Bob and Tom Liveday with guys from another band. Anybody remember that ? It was a very cool version.

  • Showing my age here... I remember listening to this song on the radio the year I graduated high school... loved it then and love it now.

  • ahhhh..lovethissong !

  • love this song
