  • where is the triop?

  • weres the triop

  • nice tank you got

  • just fyi the bristlenoses will get like 10 inches long

  • How do you keep your tank so clean?

My girlfriend and I have a 25 gallon tank with 8 frogs(she loves them all lol) and 2 loaches and we can't for the life of us keep it clean, and you seem to be doing just fine with more fish than us!

  • @tnad5212 I've got bristlenoses who clean up the glass nicely and I've got snails who clean the gravel - all nice and clean!

  • @tnad5212 Get a good filtration system like a canister. Also do water changes that are around 30% at most. You can do water changes with using a syphon. Make sure to syphon around the gravel. Thats where the gunk gets stuck. You can also use a diatom filter oncea week.

  • @tnad5212 You'll need a strong filtration and remember filtration is NOT just running water through a bunch of sponges, include the carbon. Hope this helps :)

  • @tnad5212 get a fllter!!! it helps alot you can buy them at any place that does fish

  • why you have a frog in ur tank???

  • @MrRik338 why not?

  • @avebell it grows and it dies really fast..

  • @avebell is it still alive? every time i try a frog it dies.

  • @avebell LOL :D

  • @MrRik338 its a Aquatic Frog Hymenochirus Boettgeri are able to go in a community aquarium with peaceful fish. They are fully aquatic and therefore will stay underwater for hours and only occasionally come up to breathe. i have 4 in my tank. just when buying make not 2 get mixed up with there cousin who unlike the dawf frogs who stay pretty small. The african clawed frogs will eat anyfish they can fit in there mouth an grow to size of ur hand i have to these guys in seprate tank mine albino

  • hey what is that fuzzy green round rock?

  • @fishruleandme It's a moss ball

  • were r the triops then

  • @MrGman0909 have you missed them? Watch carefully

  • How do u get ur Lol triops "preganant"?

  • @hottytogals once they are old enough the eggs develop under their shell

  • Comment removed

  • triops arent supose to eat it but they are going on what they have like if you have 2 triops and you starve them one eats the other so youre sorta starving them

  • nice setup! how long have the triops been in there? I tried to do this myself but it killed injured neon tetra, i looked and found him eating it

  • Triops have been hatched in a nursery/hatchery in the tank and once they were around 6 weeks old we've let them out with the rest of the fish. We had two and one died at he age of 10 weeks and the other at 13 weeks They never seem to bother tetras or any other fish in the tank at all and just were scavenging around for food. I was more concerned on frogs eating them but no such thing happened. I'm upgradin tank at the moment and might try triops in a community tank again - they were quite fun.

  • where did you get the frog from

  • from local aquatic shop. They are african dwarf frogs and they are lovely. Sometimes they sing. And male manages to grab on female a lot recently so there are plenty of scattered eggs around

  • so do they have gills my local aquatic shop just closed down :'(

  • I don't think so. They do come to the surface once ina while to grab some air though

  • @avebell No triops have gills. They go up looking for food.

  • @TheDudeman0234

I was talking about frogs as the previous question was about the frogs
