@ironaddict11 Install would have been really simple if I had read through everything throughly hah.Took about 2 weeks because I had to order a part or 2 I didnt realize i needed until I got to the point I needed it. Just read ahead and make sure you have EVERYTHING and its pretty simple of an install.Scariest part is tapping the oil pan,make sure you have a tap set handy before hand.Best of luck!
@Sk8FalIen Well depends where you get it from. If you buy through Vortech I believe you gotta send in your PCM for retuning through them. But I bought this in parts so I took it to a shop to get it tuned once it was installed. You planning on doing this install? If so lemme know, I can be very helpful if you have any questions.
You must of bought that BBK 255LPH pump to run out of fuel at 340 rwhp!
I was pushing 457 w/ a focus svt pump. You should pick one of those up for about $100 and you wont need a KB BAP. I am running stock MAF and everything. Check out my channel need any tips or anything.
Still, 350 rwhp is not slow by any means! Nice car bro
@xbanex svt pump really? That's strange. What other mode do u have? I made 4 dyno pulls on 450 rwhp on stock motor but I got scared and didn't wana blow it so I put on a larger pulley and now I'm around 410ish. Check out my videos man I gotta bunch of em haha. How u like it though? Are you interposed?
@swooshonln Yah think I got a shotty pump, but I bought the kit in pieces so by the time I'd installed everything it would be too late to complain to the company. My cars also pretty much stock besides my kit; its got Exhaust, 4.10's but everything else that the Vortech had me put on such as Intake, 42# injectors, and the fuel pump.Yeah I hear you with bein worried I'd be perfectly satisfied with 410hp. Can't really say much since I can't get on it yet without the Boost a pump yet, too lean :/
wait so what is a svt focus pump and where do you get one?..
