Scientology used a regressive therapy on me and all of its followers called dianetics. they make you recite all the bad things that happened in your life, further poisoning your subconcious mind and weakening you conscious mind. they have good courses, but I think it's wrong to convert followers at the expense of their souls and free will to choose with their evil form of hypnotherapy
Religion & Scientology are tax-exempt; & like the fairy tales Mother Goose & Jack and the Bean stalk: Written to help the frightened little monkeys sleep at night
The belief in one fairy tale over another is completely arbitrary - And depends on which frightening story you heard as a child
In reality, people are simply afraid of the responsibility associated with having an "internal locus of control" - Thus, they invent saviors to hide behind when it gets dark out at night
I'm not saying this in connection with Scientology, but whenever I see Tom Cruise speak there's something strangely phony about his manner. It's like I can hear a falseness in his voice, and his laughter seems preprogrammed rather than spontaneous.
Thats why hes a good actor, he's always acting, Its a sociapathic method for dealing with the real world, you put forth what people want to hear, see or expect from you. But none of it is authentic.
Good point. He may never have developed a strong personal identity, so he found one thru acting and fame. Since making my comment I've seen him in a couple of interviews where he appears more real, but I'm not sure!
As a scientologist I believe the disconnection policy is taken a little bit too far sometimes. From my viewpoint, it should only be used on heavy critics, like if someone was married to Mark Bunker e.g.
Being declared an SP is too easily done. A real SP is not someone critical of scientology, but a very negative personality trying to suppress his surroundings.
