This driving reckless thingy might not have to do with it, since you test positive up to 4 weeks after you smoked the joint since THC is stored in your fat. I think they, Obama and Schwarzenegger, are afraid of being thought of as Marijuana supporters, so they don't really mention all of the good stuff about the drug.

A joint effects your driving skills as much as half a glass of wine. This driving reckless thingy might not have to do with it, since you test positive up to 4 weeks after you smoked the joint since THC is stored in your fat. Stfu, Arnold has good points, but revenue funds vs deaths and incarcerations.. like think rationally you got a debt in california.. on the other had you ahve half of california voting for it, so the other half of california is either un educated on the subject or just dont care, estimated roughyl 20% of that population would acctualy be agianst it, making it legal would make a more well balenced economy.
