having actually played sonic unleashed for the 360 I can honestly say it's one of the best sonic games ever made. This guy has no idea WTF he's talking about. Right, in my experience this was a terrible game, IGN nailed the main point quite nicely.
The only things I enjoyed were the Hedgehog levels, which as they say don't last too long. I would have never gone out of my way to buy this (It came bundled with my brothers 360).
Sonic died when he was converted to 3D and that is the truth. You all know this and if not, grab an emulator, google the ROM's and check for yourself. 2D was a much platform for sonic.

Ie: they all revolve around jumping, looking for coins, etc, which is pretty much what all Mario games revolve around. I agree with what the reviewer said. Sega keeps trying to add stuff to one of the best franchises around and as a result turned it into a suck fest. The daytime levels were the only good part. (And if you havent played the demo yet, you have to right this second)
Yes SEGA tries and sometimes fails BUT atleast they try where as with say, Mario its jump on this, kill Bowser, save Peach, or play sports. It may be fun but it gets old quite fast.
I liked the hub worlds. It's fun to just admire the graphics. And the hub worlds are extremely short. You don't need to be in them for much more that three minutes. This review sucks.

I agree with what the reviewer said. Sega keeps trying to add stuff to one of the best franchises around and as a result turned it into a suck fest. The daytime levels were the only good part. (And if you havent played the demo yet, you have to right this second)

Yes SEGA tries and sometimes fails BUT atleast they try where as with say, Mario its jump on this, kill Bowser, save Peach, or play sports. It may be fun but it gets old quite fast.

No, the level designs of the Wii version are completely different. The only similarities is that the levels have the same motif.

I liked the hub worlds. It's fun to just admire the graphics. And the hub worlds are extremely short. You don't need to be in them for much more that three minutes. This review sucks.

Truthfully sonic, I like both but think, sonic is meant for sonic fans and kids, not older people being paid to review it, but who cares it's than fans that matter and if you add up the time you play as sonic (hub, missions and stages) you play for over 4 hours! And he doesn't have the right to tell us buy it or not! The werehog has actually gained fans as well! Su is the best Sonic game right now point blank! Btw cod5 is fun i would buy it soon.

Matt Casamassina shouldve reviewed both versions, not just the Wii, why Hilary Goldstein? 2 different opinions for nearly the same game IGN, really? Even his written review doesnt fully explain why the Werehog is so bad. I dont disagree completly with the review, but it seems kinda unproffesional.
