  • ITS TRUE, PRODUCE THE WET NOTE, THE ORIGINAL NOTE ..... ABSOLUTELY TRUE

  • WOW FROM FOX .LOL

  • Unfortunately people are loosing their homes WITHOUT A MORTGAGE THESE DAYS, PURE THEFT!

  • Foreclose fox, ASAP.

  • Don't take any advice from Fox news. Have they ever told you the truth? Ever?

  • Didn't work for me. I had 7 copies. The judge told me that the copies were sufficient. I asked him if I was liable on all 7 copies? Bottom line (and what HB is NOT telling you) is that THERE IS NO LOAN! Banks are not allowed to lend on their assets nor on the assets of their depositors. Where then does the funding come from? Anyone? Give up? The funds come from YOUR signature on the promissory note! That's right boys and girls. The banks are lending you YOUR own credit. What a great system...

  • Wait a minute. If you need to declare bankruptsy...JUST DO IT. Those are three words to remember. Otherwise you are putting good money after bad. Unless you have a rich uncle who is about to die and leave you money or you are going to win the lottery, don't do any of these things to prolong bankruptsy. Remember: JUST DO IT! You will be money ahead.

  • when they do produce the note your screwed fucking deadbeats

  • @dave4tampabay heartless assholes like you are building a Karma deficit

  • "Produce the Note" in California has been laughed out of court in Calif. A much better defense lies in the "Declaration of Compliance" that is attached to your NOD.NDEX West and MERS violate 2923.5 alot. I doubt 30 days has passed since your last counseling session witht he lender.NDEX West and MERS have no coordination with your lender on this. Go to Google and enter NDEX West. Look for the Brian W. Davies case. He has out all his documents online. He has put his foreclosure on hold for a year.

  • Also, put a "common law lien" against your own home, then if you foreclose in the future (given the economy) after expending all eforts not to at least that lien MUST BE paid off (to you) in order for the house to be sold at all. Just found that out, you can actually receieve $250 a month for each month you lived there since you had the mortgage and what was purchased to increase the value of you home, better then nothing too.

Before it happens to me Im putting a lien against mine now
