The cheapest, one of the lightest if not the lightest, its accuracy is as good as u will ever get on semi-auto rifle... its the most popular on the Planet/military use or for personal use... no need to talk about reliability and toughness!

Overall SVD is number 1 in semi-auto rifles! Main of all cuz it does the job what it was created for!!!! and ill tell u this if u really wonder why its the best go do some research...
