    Rest Pause training is the best way I've found to consistantly gain strength. I ALWAYS stop between each rep....usually for 15seconds.

  • I only do depth jumps 4- 8 weeks out of the year. I will post videos of them when i do them. I have a glute ham raise but its at home

  • Nice, I actually like the music haha. Ever tried incorporating some glut-ham raises into your workouts? Maybe during a posterior-chain phase? I've also never seen you doing depth jumps. Just curious.. good luck with training
