Guess what everyone. You can make one too. It's very easy. Just get some plastic and make slits of it, and lay the slits parallel to eachother with black paint or some kind of transparent film or maybe even sand the plastic to make it hazy. All you need is to make the pieces longer.

You know what else? You can also put just any piece of anything above the plate. 2 feet long and out. Just tell anyone who stops you that you forgot to take it off, and that it was a barbecue party holder for food.

The plates from SpecterGuard don't work. They cover your plates ID except everyone else can plainly see this with the naked eye so you are driving around advertising that you are covering and distorting your plate. The owner of this business doesn't have a money back gurantee and for a good reason because they don't work. SpectureGuard operates in Florida using a P.O. Box what a bunch of crooks. Beware of these guys as they sell other products and use different company names.

Clever use of a Fresnel lens but modern camera units with digital imaging can defeat it (Damn!!!).  Just think of that rotten pedo they caught even though he swirled his face in his deviant pictures with something like Photoshop.
