  • Is this a single runway airport ? Like most Caribbean airports ?

  • Yes

  • @smartdon007

There is going to be a new Caribbean airport and it is going to have 2 runway's

  • @danlewis2344 Where ? In Barbados ? I mean Antigua is so busy and I don't see it getting a 2 runway airport anytime soon !

  • @smartdon007 No there is a new airport being build is the Island of St.Vincent and the Grenadines the Airport name is Argyle International Airport it will have 1 runway for the bigger planes and a cross wind runway for the smaller planes. The Airport will open in 2012.

  • Hi, nice video!

hey that aircraft have PTV? hehe

  • at the beginning of 2008 they did not :P

  • The 767 is actually a little harder to "grease on" when landing because its landing gear hang with the trucks canted forward, not backward like on most airliners.

  • This is a very nice recorded video-tape from one of my most fascinating airliner - B-767. simply the brandnew light-blue AC colors looking refreshly and dynamic. Espectially on their 767 and Triple Seven airliners.

  • what a beauty i realise the 767 also makes a very nice landing

  • Beautiful

  • cloudland

  • lol

  • thhat landed the opposite way to wchich they normally land

  • Nope - runway 09 is the standard landing and take-off runway due to prevailing winds. It definitely landed on 09...

  • hope u enjoyed your triip to my homeland

  • You are SO lucky you live there :D Been there 4 times. Maybe I might be moving to Mustique. Its a island in the Caribbean too :)

  • even though i kive in barbados it always look freaky from the air

  • Thanks ! ;)

Yep I cant wait to see those new birds :P

  • WOW, nicee, didnt know that.

  • wasnt that a little late to disengage the reverse thrusts? Under my POV the plane was in a 60km/h-80km/h speed...(sorry if i might be wrong)

  • why not just stay there? why go back?? lol

  • perfect touch-down

    thanks 4 posting

  • Great video! Excellent Quality!

  • you must be lucky, from what I've heard, Air Canada have retired their 767-200s and thir 300ERs will follow over the next 4 years. Damn the Boeing 787...:P

  • Heheh yes, well the 787 will be one awesome plane too! We are going to Barbados again and we will take the 767-300ER from Toronto ! CANT WAIT !! =D I wont forget to post some videos !

  • omg, u took 2 mins to reply...:O

  • Hahah I know I was on the computer and I received an email from Youtube telling me that you posted a comment on one of my videos ;)

  • wow it must have been like 35,000 ft high at first! its so beautiful this video and the othe rone is soooo coool. Air canada seems like a good airline :)

  • Yes it is ;)

  • max these are great vids, whats city airport like in downtown, they are starting service on porter airlines, from bostons logan airport in jan 2009. i am flying to bkk in feb,i want to try -ac- tor-fra-bkk, and return.

  • Air Canada Don't use a 767 daily to Barbados. I stayed in a hotel on the flight path last week and they use the A319 on there daily flight and a Boeing 767 on there weekly flight.

  • Oh my bad!! Yes you're right orrd001.

  • im sure u can see the ACA A319 as your plane taxis in.

  • well actually they use the 767 during the winter time for the daily toronto flight and when the season changes like summer - fall they use an A319 and or a320 i've used this route alot :-)

  • I thought they were sending some airbuses on that route ? amI wrong?

  • I think the airbuses do the Montreal Barbados route.

  • Yes and boeings do the Toronto Barbados route every day.

  • BTW, I loved the starting of the video. Being above the clouds like that. Whenever I was lucky to have a window seat, I would always stare out at that scene. It's as if life itself stopped and is waiting for the plane to land so it can resume. Such beauty.

  • What does it do to the engine when that latch opened up when it landed?

  • Reverse thrust..

  • clean clean clean barbados to sweet

  • how long was the flight?

  • 5 hours

  • Great video.... sweet landing at adams, what date was that arrival might i add?

  • January 27 2008 :)

  • Oh kool. i saw that flight arrive then lol, if you know where the light aeroplane club is, i was the lone person standing on the side of the building...

  • thanks max great job shootin this vid. now does this 767-200 have 3 classes of service. like first .buss, coach.

  • Thanks ! This 767 only have 2 classes: Economy and business class.

  • nice engine reverse roar
