The missing 3 prize bubbles are hidden behind cardboard box thing just before the race where you have to use the time bombs. Get one time bomb near the wall before the start point that's made of cardboard box material and Ta-DAH! Everyone thumbs up so people won't lose their nerves anymore.

@YT2608 If you have 92% most likly it's the sticker at 11:23 in this video. I had 92% and had to go back and get that. So if anyone is at 92% in this level you should check if you got the prize bubbles in that spot. I've also went through this level on a new PSN account and still got 100% following this video, it does show all the prize bubbles.
