Part II -- so now I have a note seller who is ready to deal, and my calls are not being returned by The Notebuyer and her title company's number is disconnected. I am really disappointed because they seemed so sincere.

Donna Bauer's NoteBuyer course is very good, and there was sort of a mentorship program offered with it. However, when I called recently, I could only get voicemail and no one returned my calls. The phone number to her All-Ohio Title Agency is disconnected. This is relevant because she tells students that she will assist with deals in exchange for part of the profit which was perfect. The transaction is a LOT more involved if you do it all on your own.
