@LuIzJnR64 yeah i have the same problem.that no3 in the beaches is nowhere to be found.looked for undergound passages,tunnels nothing.is it in the top of that building?and there's no video on youtube about that barrel.if u find anything plz let me know.thx

@LuIzJnR64 ok i accidentaly found it and yes it is on the roof of that building.to reach it u have to pass the bridge and find that building which is ''''Santa Monica Mall''.Right next to it its a Pizza Hut building (across the road).The ramp u are looking for is exactly there.Go down the road do a 180 and build up speed ( not too much around 100mph is fine) and jump the ramp.Make sure u brake as soon as u land on the roof.The barrel is to your left.Good luck my friend ;)
