@RuniScience NASA has been operating a very long time and has yet to fulfill deep space navigating technology/spacecrafts. The fund cuts of NASA by Obama was well due in the fact of lack of ingenuity within the NASA organization and failure to capitalize on the billions of dollars wasted on outer space trips. Doesnt matter to what china plants on Mars; the point in counting is the explorers agenda and recoveries during outer space travels.
