it does not require a specific class to ride it. Its from the WoW TCG (world of warcraft trading card game). Its a 100% mount so it must be a lvl 60 mount.

This will change in the 3.2 patch, where the requirements for 100% mount well be downed to level 40.

Actually, they have a lvl 30 (soon to be 20) version, the Spectral Tiger. Swift Spectral is the epic land one. I'm not sure if you automaticly get both, if it changes, or the swift appears when you train epic land, but you get both from 1 card code.

Yes, they announced the mount changes WILL be in 3.2, which I am told (MAY NOT REALLY BE TRUE) is in August , that Basic is 20, epic is 40, basic flight is 60, epic flight is 70, and Coldweather stays at 77.

I may have it wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is what it was.

It's not a bug. (I can't say it's not a private server, but I play on Muradin and I have it). It's classified a legendery mount which you need a 25 digit code from a very rare card that comes from WoW TCG (Trading Card Game) : 'Fires of Outland' is the set, but good luck finding them since, 1: They don't make this set anymore. 2: This is probably the most sought after mount in-game for WoW players. I was lucky enough to come across 5 boxes at a flea market. 1st box I opened, I got it. ^.-

Correction, you can hold the card at level 1 but you will not be able to ride the mount until you are 40 which you get the 60% one then at 60 you get 100%
