No. What I believe the light are in the video is an artifact from the LED lights on the camera. Look at the beginning of the video @ 0.21 seconds. You see the LED lights lined up in a row on the top of the device the person is holding. This to me makes perfect sence. This is a technical glitch with the camera. Well that solves this mystery. i seen a ufo once in 96, i was playing homefree with my friends in back of here yard when i was hiding in the grass i was looking up to the stars and saw what looked like a satilite, so i followed it through the sky moviing slowely than in a instant it flew strat across the sky did a zig zag and disapeared freeked me the fuck out nothing can do that

mannn saw the exact same thing a few years ago, was lookin up at the sky, saw what i thought was a satilite so followed it then it done a really fast zig zag then continued. Few of us saw it still no idea what it was

Wrong ! In belgium 3000 persons saw this triangles. Our army tried to follow him but it was impossible, the thing was too fast. US army cant fly on other territories !!! they would brake territorials laws (sorry for bad english)

yeh i have...seen one back in 2002 me and my ex...it was quite small, circular shape with neon blue lights. 2nd time was 2007 me and my bf were chilling in the park 1 night around 2am when we spotted 2 things simillar to the 0nes in the beging of the video...there was 2 then 1 disaperred and there was just the 1.

Am I the only one that figured this out? Nice going news crew. You dont have to be a genious to see it. Look at frame 21 seconds. they show the camera. It has a series of infrared lights or sensors. Count how many rows it goes up and then count the "strange lights." It was a camera malfunction. GEEZ! I believe in ufo's and am not a debunker. GET REAL! Am I right or wrong? U decide. COUNT...

While we agree it is a bird - the potential for alien visitations is very real indeed.
I believe people ruling it out is at least as nutty as the ones being sure - often even more nutty (below):
If you saw a real alien, you would still be completely sain, the ones denying it the nutty. Hence, the ones ruling it out completely is more likely more nutty than the ones being sure. Empirisism or I won't believe it until I see it is not a very good strategy unless combined with rationalism.

Seeing is believing isn't enough, we should use logic. Instead of rejecting it right away. Anything is possible. If you can't see farther, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We never knew about molecules, atoms, electrons and protons until we have the tools to know. If you tell a person from 12th century that things made up of tiny particles he would say "Fuck of, man! You are nuts!" What are you gonna do? Show him the pictures? He will say, "BS!"
