kids! just a note to say i just finish a ride out with all sort of sport bikes in my Bking 2008 (This included GSX 750 and 1000)... for some reason I was always leading on all type of English roads... the more skilled riders where able to keep up with me that is been my only bike so far and considering I just got my driving license in Jan this year... I cant compare with any other bike cuz i have not riden any other one and I have not desires to do it any ways...

I've got 1200 miles on mine now and it really is an amazing bike. Too bad it was canceled so quickly. I think word of mouth would have eventually made this bike a huge success in the long term. I've seen other bikes like the ER-6n start to get a few of the styling cues. (radiator protectors look very similar to my eye) I think it was just ahead of it's time by a few years. Oh well. Now it's fast, agile, comfortable and soon to be rare and collectible.

test rode one the other day with scorpions fitted... incredible bearing in mind only bikes i've ever ridden are my 2 suzuki sv650s'- check out my page!

got to 160mph but traffic meant i had to brake... definately the most fun you can have with your leathers on unless you're one of them freaks who is into leather lol

...picked one up cheap..because they didn't sell good. ...best riding bike I have owned in 40 years. ..fastest bike to 120 mph I have been on, period. ..huge front brakes. ..huge linear power, smooth. ...handles like a smaller bike. The heavy looking tank isn't. It has a low center of gravity compared to the way it looks. ...the 'sleeper bike of the decade'. ....cult status and street cred... ...I put Yoshis exhaust on for nicer look.

The HP bit at about 1.25 min blew me away too as the only factory bike I know of to put out 500 hp is a BOSS HOSS,he does say "full 181 hp" if you listen closely.

The internals of the engine are exact. The difference in power comes from a smaller airbox and slightly more restrictive factory exhaust system. Mind you, the bike still produces 181.5 h.p., I own one as well as an 08' Busa. both machines run 9.89 seconds in the quarter mile @ around 142 mph. Power is not at all lacking!
