yeah its the black bars on the top and bottom of the video it makes the video more cinematic loooking and its widescreen

1. Shoot in a 16:9 ratio

2. I upload/import my videos in 720*480 ( i think that's right)

16:9 gets you black bars (widescreen), and the other just makes it more so
